![]() Heos has good information here on line for what needs to be done within Heos to connect to the computer. Select "specific people." Insert Heos (or whatever name you assigned to the user.) Select the option for Read Only, as you'll move your music files to be played into the drive or folder from the computer. Right click on the drive, or folder, where the music will be stored. I called my user Heos - give them a good, secure, password. ![]() Click on "I don't have this person's sign-in information." Then click on "Add a users without a Microsoft Account". Under Family & Other Users, select Add someone else. ![]() This requires some patience as there are a number of steps: (We do not recommend using an older version of Windows.)
